Where a test report, certificate, verification statement, regulatory clearance, approval, licence or accreditation decision must be issued by an independent body or authority, that decision remains with the relevant organisation. ConformArc does not present itself as the issuing authority unless a future legal capability is separately verified and approved for publication.
